Orders placed with Naked Larder are subject to acceptance based on our minimum spend which is published on the website. We reserve the right to alter the existing, or introduce new minimum spend conditions which we will publish on our website.

No order placed online is accepted from us until you have received an order confirmation email, a copy of which is also sent to us. If you have not received this please check your junk mail or contact us to see if we have received notification of your order.

While we will endeavour to deliver all accepted orders, our products are subject to availability and we do not always know if a product is, or will be available for collection at the time of accepting an order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to collection. This can be done by notifying us by telephone, email or post. Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 days. All customers are very welcome to use our trade approved scales to confirm any weights at any time. You are also welcome to use our trading standards approved measuring jug to check the volume of liquid refills at any time too.

Please notify us if you find any discrepancies with the amounts measured out. We will investigate the situation and rectify any errors.

Purchase of wine

Age verification policy

You must be aged 18 or over to order and collect wine.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We will have an age verification process at collection and this will be overseen by the premises licence holder. The premises license holder and/or responsible persons will require individuals who appear to be under the age of 18 years of age to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth, and a holographic mark. This can include, for example:

  • A photo card driving licence

  • A passport

  • A proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram

Wine will not be given out to you if you cannot produce such identification if asked.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions, a responsible person is considered to be:

  • The holder of the premises license

  • The designated premises supervisor

  • A person aged 18 or over who is authorised to allow the sale or supply of alcohol by an under 18.

Wine bottle deposits

The cost of wine purchased from us includes a deposit of £0.50 per bottle. When bottles are returned to us this deposit will be refunded to you by means of a discount voucher code which can be applied when making a future order with us.

If ordered items are out of stock from the supplier

Due to the way we work, with customer orders being placed up to four weeks in advance of wholesale orders being placed with our suppliers, there is a chance that items may not be available from the supplier by that time. We will do our best to mitigate this by requesting a list of stock available from the supplier at the start of each ordering period to indicate those wines they have good stock availability of. However there remains the chance that some may not be available by the time we place our order.

In the event a wine is not available from our supplier, we will ask the supplier to substitute the item with a different wine as close as possible in kind and price. If the cost is less we will issue a refund voucher to you to refund the difference or you can request a full refund if you do not want the substitute. If the cost is more, we may contact you to cover the extra cost or you can request a full refund if you do not want the substitute.
